The Iglesia of Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe project consists of an additional 5,000 feet square and an existing church site.À Interior renovation, adding layout provides a new entry, narthex and sanctuary for congrégation.À outside door, site map strategy and outside construction provide a Visual site anchor and reshape the arrival with new centralized gateway that serves as a hinge between the spaces of liturgical and social program sequence inside the complex.

This project was realized using design-build the STL has been engaged to perform all services architects and contracting, responsible for the initial execution of construction.Ce service design project represents a change in the system design-BID-build more commonly practiced system in which the architect is responsible for the design of a project, but not its construction.Ce system provides savings for the client at the expense of the mastery of the conception.Selon customers means and needs, design-build can help a client project in spite of a financial situation if not impossible.
